teach what you love
Teacher training, online this autumn.
A gold-standard 200-hour program in Hatha–Raja yoga — anatomy you can use, sequencing you can teach, and a trauma-informed lens throughout.
What the program entails.
Twelve weekends, October to March, live on video with a cohort of sixteen. Mornings are practice and teaching labs; afternoons cover anatomy, philosophy and the business of teaching. You graduate with a 200-hour certificate, a filmed practicum, and a mentored community class.
- 200 hours · live online · cohort capped at 16
- Trauma-informed certification woven through every module
- One-to-one mentoring plus small practice pods
- Payment plans and one full scholarship per cohort
Six modules, one teacher.
