What this practice entails.
Hatha is the root of our lineage: standing poses, balances, gentle backbends and seated forward folds, each held for five to ten breaths. Maya breaks every shape down from the ground up, so beginners build safe habits and experienced students refine the details they have been rushing past.
Every session closes with guided breathwork and a full savasana — you will leave steadier than you arrived.

Good to know.
Is Hatha right for a complete beginner?
Yes — it is the class we recommend first. Poses are held rather than flowed through, so there is time to learn each shape safely.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are free to borrow, and filtered water and tea are always on.
Can I join online?
Every Hatha session streams live with a dedicated camera angle for demonstrations, and the replay stays up for 48 hours.
Start with steadiness.
