What this practice entails.
Vinyasa links each movement to an inhale or exhale: sun salutations build warmth, then June layers standing flows, balances, core work and peak poses that change every two weeks — so the practice never goes stale.
Expect to sweat, laugh and be offered three honest variations of everything. The final fifteen minutes always slow down into deep stretches and guided rest.
- 60–75 minutes · all levels with layered options
- Two-week pose arcs — arm balances, inversions, deep hips
- Music-led flow, closing in silence
- Summer Sunday edition outdoors in Laurelhurst Park

Good to know.
Do I need to be fit or flexible already?
No. Every sequence has three tiers — foundation, unfolding and full expression — and teachers demo the first tier throughout.
How hot does the room get?
Warm, not hot: around 80°F from bodies and breath, never heated panels. Doors open for the closing rest.
What happens in the outdoor class?
We meet by the Laurelhurst Park dock at 9 AM Sundays, June to September. Bring a mat or towel; bookings open each Monday.
Flow with us this week.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the studio, Sunday mornings under the trees — your mat is waiting in both.
