Can I pause my membership?
Yes — pause for up to two months per year from your account or with one email. Pauses start on the first of the next month.
Do classes carry over if I miss a week?
Unlimited and annual plans cover every class anyway. Single visits and class packs are valid for twelve months.
Is there a joining fee or contract?
No joining fee and no lock-in on monthly plans — cancel with 7 days' notice and practice to the end of your cycle.
Can I share my plan?
Class packs are shareable with one friend. Monthly guest passes let you bring someone new along each month.
